Processing & Fulfillment Times
All orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful, our third-party printing and fulfillment partner. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. 

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping the package.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@nostalgicmugs.com. If the package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier, we will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
